LIBRARY MEMBERSHIP RULES

લાયબ્રેરી ની મેમ્બરશીપ માત્ર અત્રેની સંસ્થા ખાતે અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તેમજ સ્ટાફ મિત્રો ને જ મળવાપાત્ર છે.

લાયબ્રેરી મેમ્બરશીપ મેળવવા માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/સ્ટાફ મિત્રો એ લાયબ્રેરી મેમ્બરશીપ એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મ ભરવું આવશ્યક છે.

લાયબ્રેરી મેમ્બરશીપ મળ્યેથી વિદ્યાર્થી દીઠ (૦૨) તેમજ સ્ટાફ મિત્ર દીઠ (૧૫) લાયબ્રેરી ટીકીટ મળવાપાત્ર છે.
લાયબ્રેરીના મેમ્બર બનવા માટે
લાયબ્રેરીની મેમ્બરશીપ મેળવવા માટે નીચે મુજબ નાં સ્ટેપ અનુસરવા.

સૌપ્રથમ અહી આપેલ બટન ઉપર ક્લિક કરો જેનાથી મેમ્બરશીપ એપ્લીકેશન નું ફોર્મ ખુલશે.

આ ફોર્મ ભર્યા પછી ના સોમવારે લાઈબ્રેરી એટેન્ડન્ટ નો સંપર્ક કરવો. તેઓ આપને આપનું લાયબ્રેરી મેમ્બરશીપ ફોર્મ આપશે.

આ ફોર્મ માં આપનો લેટેસ્ટ ફોટો ચોટાડી તેમજ તેમાં જરૂરી સહી/સિક્કા કરાવી તેને લાયબ્રેરીમાં જમા કરાવવાનું રહેશે.

આ ફોર્મ સાથે આપની લેટેસ્ટ કોલેજ ફી રીસીપ્ટ અને કોલેજ આઇ.ડી. કાર્ડ ની ઝેરોક્ષ પણ જમા કરાવવાના રહેશે.

ઉપરોક્ત ડોક્યુમેન્ટ્સ જમા કરાવ્યા બાદ દિન (૦૪) બાદ આપને આપની (૦૨) લાયબ્રેરી ટીકીટ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
FOR READING BOOK/MAGAZINE IN THE READING SPACE

Students can enter the library reading space only on submitting their college I-CARD to the security staff.

At the time of leaving the library reading space students are required to collect back their college I-CARD from the security staff.
FOR ISSUE/RETURN THE BOOK

Students can enter the library reading space only on submitting their college I-CARD to the security staff.

Library member will be required to submit the library ticket for borrowing the book from library (Only one book can be borrowed per library ticket).

Borrowed book must be returned to the library within two months. After that library member will require to pay late return penalty of Rs.1/day.
REGARDING LATE RETURN PENALTY

In order to pay the late return penalty, library member will have to collect the penalty request slip from the library.

Library member will have to submit the penalty request slip along with penalty amount to the account section of the Government Engineering College-GODHRA.

Late return of the book will be considered only on displaying the late penalty slip received from the account section.
REGARDING CANCELLATION OF LIBRARY MEMBERSHIP

Cancellation of library membership is necessary for the students transferring the college as well as completing the study.
-
NO DUE certificate from the library is necessary for the students to get the NOC/provisional mark sheet/final mark sheet from the Institute.
-
Cancellation of library membership is also necessary for the staff members leaving the Institute.
